Specialist; Talent Acquisition at NMB Bank Plc




Job Purpose

Identify and attract the best talent within the bank and in the market for vacancies in line with job requirements and organisational objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Work with Senior Leaders and HR Business Partner(s) to understand key resource requirements and ensure talent acquisition tactics that meet both current and future organizational needs.

Provide recruitment expertise on employee resourcing tactics to propose suitable, cost effective and timely solutions.

Manage recruitment processes, ensuring recruitment activities are in line with agreed timelines with stakeholders and the resourcing policy.

Stay abreast of developments and opportunities in the labor market (both local and international), report on trends in the banking sector/other relevant industries and impact on NMB talent acquisition strategies.

Attributes

Business understanding of banking functions and processes, and labor market trends.

Thorough understanding of talent availability of different banking disciplines in the market.

Listening and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources or any other related field.

Master’s degree in the related field is an added advantage.

At least 5 years’ working experience in Human Resources department, 2 years in Resourcing or Talent Acquisition function.
